"Easy online order and pickup"
I ordered online from Fire & Flower and it was a smooth experience. The site was simple enough to navigate, checkout went through without any hassle, and my order was ready when I showed up. Maybe not the fanciest online setup ever, but it did exactly what I needed and there were no weird delays or issues. I’d definitely use it again.

"Decent stop, but could feel cleaner"
I stopped into Fire & Flower last week my gut feeling was that it was just an okay visit. The staff were perfectly fine and nothing really went wrong, but the store itself didn’t feel as clean as I expected. There was some dirt near the entrance and the counter looked a little cluttered, which kind of stood out to me. It wasn’t awful or anything, just gave me the impression they could stay on top of tidying a bit more. I’d still pop in again if I was already nearby, but I’d be happier seeing the main shopping area kept a little cleaner.

"Am I the only one who wishes online inventory was more accurate?"
Am I the only one who gets a little frustrated when the site says everything is in stock, but then you show up for pickup and something’s missing? It wasn’t the end of the world, and the staff were helpful about it, but it definitely threw off my plans. I just wish the online inventory matched what’s actually available a bit better...

My order showed up in plain packaging, and as far as I could tell, there wasn’t anything on the outside that hinted at what was inside. I really appreciated that since I share a lobby with other people. Everything seemed packed well too. Overall, I’m happy with it...

I’ve ordered from fireandflower a few times now, and the product has been fresh every time. I haven’t run into anything dry or old-feeling, which is a big plus for me. Pickup has been simple too, so no complaints there. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because one order didn’t have as much smell as I expected, even though it was still good. As long as the quality stays consistent I’ll keep coming back, but if it starts slipping, I’d probably look somewhere else...

"I’ve been a fan of this brand…"
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But shopping on the site was frustrating. It was hard to find what I was looking for, pages loaded slower than expected, and checkout kept glitching on me. I still like the brand and would probably try again, but the whole experience definitely tested my patience.

"Super Fast Pickup!!!"
I ordered online and chose in-store pickup, and the ready text came way faster than I expected!!! It was probably around 20 minutes, which was a nice surprise. When I got to the store there was a small line, so I had to wait a few minutes, but it wasn’t a big deal at all!!! The staff found my order quickly once it was my turn. Giving 4 stars because the pickup area at the counter could be a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience!!!

Checkout went smoothly for me, honestly. The pages loaded fine and the payment part was simple enough, so no complaints there. The only thing I noticed was that the cart layout felt a little crowded, so I ended up double-checking everything just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. I ordered from fireandflower.com and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything arrived. They sent updates along the way, and my order showed up the next day, which was great. The only small downside was that the delivery window was a little vague, so I found myself checking a few times. Overall though, it was a good experience, and I’d probably use them again.

"Convenient spot, but wish the line moved faster"
I do like that this store is close to where I usually run my errands, so it’s really easy for me to stop in when I’m already out. Parking wasn’t an issue either, which I appreciated. I just kind of regretted going when I did because the line was moving slowly, and I ended up waiting longer than I expected. Still, the location is super convenient, so I’d probably come back

I used fireandflower.com before heading into the store because I wanted to get a better idea of what I was looking at ahead of time, especially things like THC percentages and basic strain details. I’m the kind of person who likes to compare a few options before I’m actually standing there in the store, because otherwise I end up taking forever deciding. For the most part, the info on the site matched what I ended up seeing in person, which made it useful. There was one product where the numbers on the package were a little different from what was listed online, so that’s something to keep in mind, but it wasn’t so far off that it ruined anything. The product descriptions were also easy to understand, not overly complicated or full of confusing terms. Overall, I’d say it’s a good site if you want to check product info before going in, I just wish the updates happened a bit faster so everything matched perfectly

I just ordered from fireandflower.com recently, so the experience is still fresh for me. I had a couple of questions before deciding what to get, and the staff were really helpful. They seemed to actually know the products instead of just reading some generic info off a screen. They explained the differences in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the website was a little slow on my end, but the customer service was great.
